2010 Evanston Preservation & Design Margery Perkins Award Winner
The Margery Perkins Award is the commission's most distinguished accolade and is reserved only for projects of the very highest standard. The judges commented that the 1801 Wesley Ave Project, "is a striking contemporary design, sensitive to its’ context in form, scale and massing, with a particularly successful interface between the public and private realms." The commision also felt the design served as a model of successful contemporary design, regardless of historic designation.
